The continuation of the quality of olive oil depends on its good preservation and storage. A good production is maintained only by good warehousing.
The first serious application in olive oil warehousing was initiated by Gödence Thermal Development Cooperative. Olive producer's oils are stored in Chromium-Nickel Steel tanks at +12 -15 degrees to be presented to the consumer.
